We’ve received your application to be a vendor at the 2024 Leclaire Parkfest. 

Here’s what will happen next:

  • We’ll complete our review of your application in seven to ten days following your submission.  Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. No new applications will be taken after September 1st. 

  •  We may contact you by email or phone to ask questions we have regarding your application.

  • You will be notified by email if your application was approved or denied. If denied, we will include the reason why your application was not approved. If approved, the email you receive will include instructions on how to pay vendor registration fees.
