FEE: $50 per single 10’ x 10’ space; $40 for each additional item.

FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. APPLICATION DEADLINE: 9/30/24

Food preparation guidelines from the Madison County Health Department are available upon request. After September 1, approved products are awarded on a first come, first served basis.

DESCRIBE WHAT YOU WILL VEND

We attempt to give each food vendor exclusive rights to sell their type of item(s). (For example, hot dogs, cookies, lemonade, etc.) This does not apply to an entire category of food. Once you have submitted an application, you may not change your food item(s). All decisions concerning this matter will be determined by Friends of Leclaire.

NUMBER OF ELECTRICAL OUTLETS REQUIRED

Please provide number of and description of the type of electrical device you'll be bringing (i.e. 2 crock pots, 3 roasters, 1 coffee pot, 1 freezer, 1 cash register, etc.). Note: Access to electricity is limited and to be determined by Friends of Leclaire.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Non-refundable fee required of ALL vendors. Vendor fee will only be returned if application is not accepted. Fee is for space only; no tent, table, etc. will be provided. Friends of Leclaire reserves the right to deny application for any vendor deemed inappropriate to the festival. Submit a separate vendor application for each product or activity. You are required by law to report your sales to the State of Illinois. The Illinois Special Event Tax Collection Coupon will be provided to accepted vendors. Following the completion of Leclaire Parkfest, FOL will report our Vendor list to the City of Edwardsville. Please follow the State's submission guidelines per the coupon when remitting your taxes. Certificates of insurance for Friends of Leclaire are on file with the City of Edwardsville.
