2023 Parkfest Sponsorship

Be a part of Leclaire Parkfest, a beloved annual fall tradition for the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon community, hosted by the nonprofit group Friends of Leclaire (FOL).

Each year, Leclaire Parkfest attracts approximately 5,000 people to enjoy live music, festival food, craft booths, a used book sale benefiting the American Cancer Society, children’s activities, a vintage vehicle exhibit and trolley tours of the Leclaire National Historic District. Proceeds help fund planning, promotion and execution of the festival and the preservation and beautification of public spaces in Leclaire, including the park grounds and the Edwardsville Children’s Museum.

$100 Sliver Sponsorship

• Featured on Facebook pages for FOL and Leclaire Parkfest

• Name on festival banner, prominently displayed at bandstand (>5K attendees)

• Thanked in Fall and Winter issues of The Friends of Leclaire Newsletter

$500 Gold Sponsorship

All of the above, plus:

• Name/logo on festival banner, prominently displayed at bandstand (>5K attendees)

• Inclusion in press releases to local and regional newspapers

• Name/logo on posters and fliers, displayed and distributed by local merchants, The Friends of Leclaire Newsletter and paid Facebook advertising to >10K viewers
